Hello I am Julien, originally from Brussels, Belgium. After graduating from an international business school and following several years working as a business consultant for different companies and start ups in Europe, I realized that the 50-hour office week in a temperate climate didn’t correspond to my expectations in life.
I landed in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, in 2017 looking for a new professional challenge and the Caribbean lifestyle. Today, after 3 years experience as a real estate broker in the paradise beach town of Las Terrenas, I decided it was time to provide a better service to clients and bring the real estate guidance to another level. I found the perfect business partner in Michael and co-founded Ocean Edge Real Estate.
My favorite activities in and around Las Terrenas usually involve connecting with the nature and the locals, exploring off the beaten track.

Hi, my name is Mica. I come from France. I arrived in the Dominican Republic in 2016 after getting my MBA and a one year experience in the marketing department of Michelin company.
I came initially to learn Spanish and ended up falling in love with the island. Everytime there are waves or wind I like to go surfing or kite surfing. I literally found the place that fits my lifestyle.
After 5 years hotel management in different parts of the Dominican Republic, I decided to start a new career path and go along with Julien in this new adventure. My experience in digital marketing and my knowledge of
